Golf Swing Labs is growing our coaching team to support Golf PE courses, junior leagues, clinics, and player-development programs throughout Southern California.
We're looking for knowledgeable, dependable coaches who love golf, enjoy teaching, and genuinely enjoy working with young players.
Our coaching philosophy is simple: meet the player where they are.
We don't require every coach to teach the same way. We value the experience, perspective, and personality each coach brings to the game. We do expect coaches to recognize that players learn differently, develop at different rates, and have different goals.
Teach the game your way. Know your players. Help them get better.
GSL coaches may lead:
Programs range from introductory golf through competitive junior and high school player development.
Coaches should be comfortable teaching fundamentals, rules and etiquette, course management, practice skills, and on-course play at a level appropriate for the players they're working with.
GSL coaches work with our Director of Operations to select available courses, classes, leagues, and events that fit their schedules and geographic areas.
Some coaches may build a substantial recurring schedule with GSL. Others may take one or two programs, coach seasonally, or step in for special events and additional coverage.
We're interested in active instructors, working golf professionals, collegiate and competitive players, experienced youth coaches, and veteran coaches who want to remain involved in the game and share their experience with the next generation.
Strong candidates are:
PGA/LPGA affiliation, teaching experience, competitive golf, collegiate golf, or previous youth coaching experience is valuable, but there is no single required coaching background.
Good judgment, reliability, and the ability to connect with players matter.
Our coaches have an opportunity to share more than golf instruction.
The game teaches decision-making, resilience, independence, preparation, competition, and perspective. We appreciate coaches who are willing to draw from their own experiences while giving young players room to develop their own.
Our goal is to help students become better golfers and capable, confident people.
Coaches working with GSL players must meet applicable background-screening and youth-safety requirements and maintain appropriate professional conduct and boundaries.
Whether you're looking for regular weekly programs, occasional coaching opportunities, seasonal work, or a way to stay involved in the game, we'd like to hear from you.
Complete the short form below and attach your résumé.
We'll contact prospective coaches whose experience, location, and availability align with current or upcoming programs.
